Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund or reschedule at no charge
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% of session fee may be retained
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: full session fee may be charged
Intensive programmes and package bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.
